WHO WE ARE
With nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality and leisure industries, Tom Richards, founder of ARC, has successfully represented a diverse range of international, national, and independent brands.
Tom holds a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Reading. He spent five years at Restaurant Property, where he became a key member of the team, honing his expertise in the sector.
In January 2021, Tom founded ARC, a consultancy that has since worked with high-profile brands such as Urban Pubs & Bars, Gunpowder Restaurants, Taka Group, Padium, Imbiba & Five Guys.
Additionally, Tom serves as a consultant for Imbiba, offering advice on new investments and property consultancy across their portfolio. Imbiba is a leading UK investor in the hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle sectors, having supported and developed more companies than any other UK investor.
