WHO WE ARE
With a passion for hospitality and leisure and almost 10 years’ experience, Tom Richards, founder of ARC, has represented a number of international, national and independent brands.
Tom studied Real Estate and Finance at the University of Reading followed by a 5-year spell at Restaurant Property, becoming an integral part of the team.
Founding ARC in January 2021, we have gone on to represent brands including Urban Pubs & Bars, Gunpowder Restaurants, Taka Group, Wingman’s, Honest Burger, Yo Sushi & Brasserie Blanc.
Tom also works as a consultant for Imbiba, helping with new investments and property consultancy across the portfolio. Imbiba have developed and supported more companies in the hospitality, leisure and lifestyle sectors than any other UK Investor.
